Bodo Slide Show

'Bodo' is the name given to Oliver's comic figures, or, rather, matchstick men. They were created in the course of boring school classes, together with his best friend Sirus, and since then they have inhabited, or invaded, all possible surfaces, from music scores to T-shirts and toilet paper.

They have also been immortalized as graffiti on walls, and have illustrated newspaper texts.

'Bodo' is a means of giving a face (literally) to the 'waste products' of a creative imagination, but of someone whose drawing talents are exceptionally limited (see also comments on this in the Interview with Verena Wiegand).
